ÉTERA currently delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard delivery within the UAE: AED 25

• Free delivery for orders of AED 200 or more

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Customers will receive an order confirmation after completing their purchase. Once the order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery information will be provided when available.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and any necessary delivery instructions.

ÉTERA is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available. Any future international delivery options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
